We are pleased to be bringing together two of the UAE’s flagship loyalty programs with the implementation of our Exchange product. Our Dubai office has been working with Emirates since 2018 and during this time has implemented multiple product solutions that have enabled Emirates Skywards members to do more with their Miles, generating a valuable revenue stream for the loyalty program. However, this is the first time that we have partnered with Mashreq.
This new joint partnership with leading UAE financial institution, Mashreq, and Emirates Skywards (the award-winning loyalty program of Emirates and flydubai.) will enable Mashreq customers to get more value from their rewards program.
The implementation of our Exchange product lets members move loyalty currency seamlessly from one program to another in real time.
Mashreq customers can now convert their reward points earned on transactions using eligible Mashreq debit or credit cards or via other banking solutions into Skyward Miles. This new member benefit opens up a wealth of new reward options from flight bookings with Emirates and their partner airlines, travel packages with Emirates Holidays or even dining offers, tours and attractions and more.
