We recently assisted our longstanding partner, Radisson Rewards, to implement an important update to their newly reorganized loyalty program.
The Radisson Rewards program has recently been re-envisioned as two distinct reward programs offering members an enhanced and more localized experience. Members residing in North and South America and the Caribbean are now part of the new Radisson Rewards Americas program, while customers in the rest of the world now benefit from the Radisson Rewards program.
Radisson wanted to enable their members to move their points quickly and easily between each program if they wished to redeem them outside of their geographical region.
By implementing our Transfer product, Radisson Rewards members can seamlessly move their points between the two programs. Their transfer is confirmed via email immediately and their balance is updated automatically within 24 hours of the transaction. There is no charge to move points from one program to another.
