Points recognized as a Top 100 employer for the GTA

We were delighted to be recognized as one of Canada’s Top 100 employers within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) for the seventh consecutive year. Making sure that our employees, or Poinsters as we like to call ourselves, achieve a positive work/life balance is very important to us and we put a lot of thought and effort into creating a working environment that promotes this.

Transitioning from an office-based working environment to a remote one during Covid-19 has meant that we have modified some of our working practices to ensure that employees have the flexibility that they need to accommodate the multiple demands of remoting working from home. We introduced regular no-meeting zones at lunchtime and modified the format of our popular Friday afternoon snack cart into zoom socials where games ranged from scavenger hunts and spelling contests to ‘Jeopardy’ style quizzes.
